Refund issue
I have ordered two dresses, which were small for me and so I had to return them. My order value was £175 excluding shipping charges, however I was refunded £163.25. I was expecting a deduction of £3 for the return label as communicated via e-mail, which would make a refund of £172. As notified via e-mail from JJHouse, the value of my returned items was £146. I have not experienced this before, a retailer to lower the price of my order, where in fact I paid £175. In addition, they had a hidden restocking fee charge of £7.30 for which I was not aware of. Overall very disappointing and poor shopping experience.
