I wanted to share a positive experience with Petlibro’s customer service department. I had issues with my polar feeder not cooling, customer service was quick to respond and try to suggest troubleshooting solutions. However, when these attempts failed they offered to send a replacement. I have been a consumer for years and have had no issues with the litter robot nor the fountains and will continue to purchase my pet products from Petlibro!
