Banggood sells junk and refuses returns.
I ordered a portable monitor in march and received it from a warehouse in Germany within a few days. Upon opening the shipping envelope, I immediately noticed that the seal on the box was broken. It's therefore very likely a previously returned product. Upon first connecting it, I discovered that the monitor has terrible picture and sound quality. I then requested return information, explaining the reason for the return. After seven days, I received an email stating that my ticket had been closed due to inactivity. Further tickets and complaints followed, and in the end, I was informed that a return would only have been possible if I hadn't opened the packaging! So, I'm stuck with this piece of junk! => I strongly advise against ordering from Banggood. Addendum: Instead of a refund, Banggood keeps offering me higher bonus points, but these are worthless because I will never order from Banggood again without a refund for this junk!
