Lack of customer service part 320
I haven't even got my kickstarter watch yet. The company keep breaking shipping promises like some small back street Chinese company. Except they are supposed to be a professional Chinese company with Western design experts. But obviously not,just a nasty money grabbing operation that doesn't give a damn about it's customers.
