Liars and scammers
I bought a dress but it was the wrong size so wanted to exchange it for another size. They asked me to pay for the shipping and I would be reimbursed. Then when they received the dress they said I could only get a refund and that I would have to buy the dress again however, I would not receive a full refund- as they cant sell the dress again despite the dress not being a personalised fit, I disputed this with them and they then said they could send me out another one but i would have to pay $50 shipping again, non refundable. I have now asked for a refund since I have sent the dress back in perfect condition and have paid for the shipping. in total I spent £200 but are only giving me $145 refund. I told them that they claimed to reimburse me for the shipping too but they said they never, so I sent them two screenshots of the emails I got as evidence. However, despite the proof they have ignored it and are still not agreeing to reimburse me. If you can, stay away from the website, the dresses are not the same as the photos, their sizing is wrong and they're extremely unprofessional. Their dresses are expensive and bad quality!
