This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. While the product reflects the price, the service around the supply is abysmal. I bought three pairs of shoes. None of them fit and I wanted to return them. The company replied that they would give me a discount on future purchases and that I could go to a second-hand market and sell the shoes online instead of providing me with a refund. I declined this offer as I wanted my money back and knew I would not receive anywhere near the value of the shoes on the second-hand market. I have now been chasing the same company for a month weeks with no response, despite having provided photographs and all the details of the order, etc. It's clear I'm not going to receive my refund.
