I was scammed again, this is the 3rd time they steal my money. This time I made sure to buy something with a guaranteed delivery date. It never shipped outside of China. So I asked for a refund, and they declined. It's a total scam, they show a guarantee that doesn't even exist. Why is Alibaba official website showing a GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE of AUGUST 18 if the actual delivery date is in November? This is a total scam I will file a chargeback with my credit card. You even promise a partial refund for late delivery. Again, total scam. Let's take this one step at a time. Do you understand what the word "GUARANTEED" means? Ok then it says "GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE" and this date shows Aug 18-22. We are now September 10, which is way outside of the "GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE" So tell me, Alibaba scammers, what exactly is "GUARANTEED" in the "DELIVERY DATE"? Nothing? SCAMMERS
