If it was possible I would not give this company one star! This is a further update on my experience with Bahati Shop. The first time i complained they offered me a 20% discount, then 25%, then 30%, then 40% finally 45% plus a choice of some baubles from their website. Each time i have refused, explaining that all I want is a code with which to return the goods by Evri. I have made clear that I expect a full refund of the £31 that I paid. I have told them that it is their legal responsibility to give me this according to thei website. Fortunately I bought the glasses using Amex and think I can claim through their insurance scheme. It is not the amount, but the principle! Take this warning, this is a scam and if you are dissatisfied with a purchase from Bahati Shop they will not return your money.
