Money grabbers do not buy from here!!!
Money grabbers do not buy from here!!! We placed an order for a Dealpool costume, selected XL expecting it to be like a UK XL and it was huge and we didn't realize it was coming from china either!! we paid for express delivery which did not happen, it arrived 2 weeks later they have not once said they will refund us the cost of this!! once we realized it was too big i emailed the company straight away only to be told that we cant return it. We can only return it if its is damaged or items missing! What other company works like this? I asked them to tell me where it states this on their website and i'm yet to received an answer! Because it doesn't!!! it only states if the product is customized then it cant be returned not if it doesn't fit. I've asked them lots of questions which they haven't answered, all they keep saying is we cant return it. What a load of.....!!! Absolute joke of a company - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
