If i could give 0 stars i would. Save your time and money and do not order from here. I ordered a lamp and checked it was in stock before I ordered it and got an email back to say it was in stock but 60 days waiting time. One month later i got a email to say its out of stock and now im trying to get a refund which they wont give me and keep sending me back emails to pick from a similar product on their page which i dont want I have had to put in a fraud claim with my bank to get my £126 back as they can not send my order but they also don’t give you a refund when you ask for it multiple times. They just offer a coupon or alternative product under £100. It’s a disgrace this site.
