I travel to and from NY/Arlington a great deal, to see my daughter and baby grandchildren. Tonight I really screwed up setting up a series of reservations for the summer. I couldn't figure out how to undo what I had done, so I called, and Arlene answered. She did it all. Made my reservations for me, let me use some of my points to pay for my trips, and sent immediate cancellation notices and reservation notifications via email.
