I have had a very bad experience in the past with support at rangemaster, but i'd really like to thank charley. i dont know there last name, but we had some outstanding issues and the individual looked at the customers issues and helped solved them rather than make excuses, if people followed the same approach i think issue would get resolved quicker instead of going in circles Thankyou!
