We have been Loyal customers of "Bluetti" for over £9000 worth now, more or less since they appeared on the market. Reliable yes, but their product range just gets more confusing and expensive every year, especially mean when it comes to their bizarre cables and the FACT you have to buy extra cables at every twist and turn. Always the bare minimum included in what are the most overpriced overated Brand on the market now. They really have lost the plot, and we now regret EVER going with the Bluetti Range, the last straw today when i received a Cable (another 112 euros!) today for my B300K I was outraged to find it did not fit! it looks identical in every way, but they made it very slightly bigger so you cant fit it to your B300K battery to link to ANY aftermarket battery. I was simply trying to expand my overpriced AC500 with a miserable 2700Ah and connect it to a Wattcycle 5200Ah wall battery. everything wired in place with safety switches etc. then final connection to Bluetti B300K using the 112 euro cable i had to order and NO it wont fit!!!! Were done with Bluetti and I suggest you do the same. check out You Tube on the "we wont be bought" guy and see how Bluetti really operate these days. Bluetti is a costly mistake. I’ve spent over £9,000 with them and have been a loyal customer until now, then I waited and saved for months, spent €112 on what was sold as the correct cable for their own ecosystem — and it doesn’t fit. Their own products and accessories are so poorly matched that using them becomes a costly guessing game. For the prices they charge, this level of incompatibility is unacceptable. I’d tell anyone to think twice before buying Bluetti if they expect their own gear to actually work together.”
