The remittance promised a higher rate this being my first even through their app. Even when the remittance was in the pending status, it was showing almost one rupee higher per AUD. When I received money, I received at a significantly less rates. Contacting their customer service is painful. This feels like cheated and very poor experience. Edit1: Update post response from Panda Remit. Team Panda, your page was showing higher rates for the duration of the transaction and even at the pay-out page. If what you're saying is true, it was never reflected on your App where I did my remittance from. Your first payment bonus was much higher ie 56.56 odd at that time. Stope cheating users. I'd never use them. NOT RECOMMENDED.
