Such a pity -- the sell nice products but the manual was written by a 5 year old and the support team don't understand english questions and comments
I recently bought the single cylinger engine model - it took 12 days to arrive. The manual is very unclear and difficultt to use and when i got to step 2.7 i discovered 2 bearings were missing after only assembling 15 parts.I then bought replacement bearings from Amazon and when i tried to fit them, I realised the bearings had already bee n assembled int he crankcaseeven though the manual was not aware of that. Banggood are quite poor at responding to messages - and could not explain why i had to swap the connections on the circuit board in order to get them to fit. I finally got the engine to work despite ignoring the manual. The final question i raised with the company was to ask where the generator wires should be connected as they are currently stiking out of the side of the engine and the manual makes no reference to what to do with them. The company have not responded in over a week - I suspect they don't have enough english speaking support staff. I like the engine once its assembled - but beware of the manual - it is full of crap. Even the DC adaptor was mis described as a 5v more than 1000 mA adaptor when they could simply have said - get a slow charge 5v 2A DC adaptor. The items is nice but the manual and support team are utter rubbish - sadly.
