Poor Quality and customer service
Lakeside Retail Park Thought I'd treat myself to a KFC as I haven't had one is a while. It didn't take long to get my meal, but I could see why, the Zinger Super Tower Burger meal wasn't Super normal indeed a tower, the piece of chicken inside might as well have been a chicken tender, it was pretty much squashed into the wrapper. Wasn't many fries for a large and the iced Tiramisu Latte, was more ice than latte. Once I had sat down my number was called again because they haven't put my chicken tender on my tray, so I had to get up and collect. I can imagine KFC could be the next UK restaurant to close. Sad times.
