Poor service rude driver
Hi We came to visit Malaysia from UK , We are group of 14 person which includes kids and elder person when we bought a tickets we make sure we have WiFi and charging port which been confirmed but when Journey begins there wasn’t a comfortable journey. The bus driver was absolutely rude arrogant we had a few times argument because my mother wanted to go use washroom and he was rushing and angry and when we ask for itinerary of journey bus was for 6 hours He didn’t tell us about where he will stops & for how long children was about hungry but he was so rude felt so much insulted I don’t recommend these buses for foreign visitors & we have already updated social media along with videos ..
