I am extremely disappointed with this product not only to fail catastrophic malfunction within the first week and was fully replaced. But the second week it failed again this time collision course failed near the stairs.. For a product that we spend over $500 on it must meet standards that I believe fails dramatically. In my own opinion from their own reviews and results. People are seriously receiving a very similar outcome. The housing wheels motor fails with no way of replacing it and only just a wheel set this has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I have spent the last two weeks gathering evidence about this with over 179 signatures now I’m seriously thinking of moving forward with a full investigation under the Australian consumer watchdog.
