They do not accept returns watch your shipping costs
The big banner across their front page states worry free returns. This is a lie - I have a big issue with this as it is false information they are feeding customers and should not be allowed. Although prices look good check the shipping costs! I ordered multiple items from this company, they mailed me to tell me that they do not accept returns as items were made to measure ( my order was basic plastic dress covers and different coloured wraps - no sizes just one size) I therefore cancelled some of the items, when I asked if this decreased my postage and packing as it was weight based I was told ' no it will not cost more?!?!' I thought I would stick with the reduced order but then was mailed to tell me half my items were out of stock. It became very costly I was paying over 50 quid purely on shipping for a couple plastic dress bags (cost 2 pound on amazon) and a couple organza shawls. I decided to cancel my order - this is where it becomes fun because they tell you they have already started to make your made to measure items and will only offer you 10% refund (within 24 hours of their email telling me items were out of stock) Now it took a while and a few threats of trading standards but I got my refund else it would have been one star. It just reminds me every time why its a bad idea to buy from abroad. I dont know why I keep trying.
