Refund costs ridiculous
Dress was faulty under left arm. Not noticeable on looking . They charged me extra for returning item. It was a pre paid label for £4 99 even though the post office said less when I enquired how much it would cost. They then charged me a further £10.99 for god knows what. 1 paid over £200 for the dress. I will not use this company again . Refund £189 41 Offered £4.99 for future use! After emailing numerous times
