THEY STOLE OUR MONEY🤬🤬🤬
We booked Dorsett hotel, one room for one night, only to find out that they charged me twice on 2 different days for the same hotel room. When I spoke to the hotel asking them to resolve the situation, we were told simply NO!!!!!!! Since it’s just two of us booking in the room we thought since we have paid twice, it makes sense that we have two rooms, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told only one booking is available for the correct price, not double price, no one could tell us were our other room is nor could they tell us were our money was. I and my fiancé find this highly suspicious, someone used our card we had in there system to book another room and they supported the fraud. Till today I never got my money back. We never enjoyed our stay, it was cold, you can’t even regulate the heating bccs they have it preset. the mini bar was half empty, there was rubbish under our bed, the bathroom door has no lock!!! HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IS 💯💯💯💯better and cheaper.
