No Help on ordering issues
I purchased a L3+ on pre-order for a July 2017 delivery. I paid immediately with a USD Wire Transfer from my US based bank. It's been 18 days and there is no acknowledgment of receipt by this company. They also marked my order "unpaid expired" on their website. I have made no less than 8 attempts to resolve the issues and all I get are ridiculous computer generated responses. I emailed them a copy of my bank's proof of the wire transfer as well. Now they have $1400.00 of my money and I have no mining rig. They appear to have stolen my money. Very frustrating. terrible company to deal with.
