This is a scam
This is a scam. I never received the visa, paid, and it looked completely legitimate (with "customer service") but upon arriving in Kenya, I was told it was a scam by the official Immigration representatives at the airport. (Luckily I am an EA citizen and was able to travel, but others would not be so luckily.) They are affiliated with "Kenya Immigration .Org" who are also a scam company. Tough lesson learned - please check here for more information from the Kenya government. I wish I had. The Kenya gov site in Nairobi, and the embassy in Addis, can be visited for information on this.
