No after sales service,
Generally a good phone, does all you need for way cheaper than many other brands. However, the second sim never worked, and now after about a year the main SIM doesn't either. And now I discover ZERO aftersales service in France. Bought through the FNAC, who I have called twice, to no avail. And concerning DOOGEE'S response below, this is totally false. The reply I received is incomprehensible, but certainly not offering help:"We do not implement all repairs like Apple’s are borne by the official. The store you bought is not our self-operated store. You don’t know the information of this store at all, and you have not received an email for help, so you can’t provide Corresponding maintenance service"
