Good customer service
I ordered a wheelset from Elite Wheels. The original order was lost after 38 days, and I only found out after chasing them for an update—they never proactively communicated the issue. They did however ship another set of wheels which arrived in good time and are of great quality. I believe, tried their best to make good and technically although annoying to me, things getting lost isn't their fault. Tracking with "17Track" is pretty awful. But apart from that they did good.
