False advertising
False advertising! Bought a game - Payment went through but Serial never arrived. When I opened a support ticket they lied by saying it takes 24 hours to verify my order (after charging me???). They closed the ticket. 48 hours later, I opened the ticket again. Instead of fulfilling the order that they charged me for 48 hours ago, they reluctantly refunded my order saying the serial I ordered was out of stock - WTH? From what i gather, they only start shopping for inventory AFTER they receive an order. Strange for an E-commerce site that sells digital merchandise. Oh well - I'll only use Steam or Origin from now on...
