Poor response to a reported scam
Very disappointed with Dynadot’s handling of our report regarding a fraudulent copycat website impersonating our business. Their chat support was unable to help, and after reporting the issue by email, we received no meaningful updates on what action was being taken. Meanwhile, the scam website remains online. When reporting a potentially fraudulent website that could mislead customers, I expected a much more responsive and professional approach.
