Not that bad... but room for improvement
On January the 10th (yesterday) I ordered a phone to be shipped in Ireland before reading all the bad reviews. Must admit I am scared I'll lose my money now or that a chinese phone will be shipped to me either that I cannot read and understand or that doesn't work in Europe. I also sent a couple of emails before and after ordering and nobody replied yet. Overall, is my personal opinion that the good reviews of this site are probably fake, but that Giztop is not a scam site. Yes, the shipping is slow and maybe they don't work perfectly well, but I think that the goods arrive at the end. I will update this review as soon as I get my phone and see how it works. PS: this is a short account on how things went and how I finished my business with Giztop. The truth is they are not scammer. But they don't work very well. It turned out that the product I requested (albeit told to be in stock) was sold out, so they promised me the refund in a couple of days and si it happend, I got my money back and I am ready to buy my new phone. All in all: if you buy with Giztop do not expect that deadline will be respected and don't trust five stars reviews (they fake). But be sure on the other side there are (almost totally) honest people. Ah... last but not least: Jessica (client service) is helpful and will do her best to accomodate your needs.
