pleasantly surprised
Ordered a replacement remote for my AV receiver and had moderate expectations from this as it was direct from overseas and the picture didn't match the original remote. However, the remote was sent with a decent tracking link from China and arrived after 2 weeks. After a slight issue with compatibility with my AV receiver the people at Remotes World answered my queries insanely fast and provided instructions to reprogram the remote to my specific model number. Many of the buttons don't match the original but once I got used to the substitutions it does everything I need. I was quite pleased considering the low price and difficulty finding a replacement elsewhere.
