Still waiting for my stuff to ship
I ordered & paid over $125 for crystals, stones, and one of their pyramids. That was like 10 days ago. A few days back, I emailed asking when I'd see that my order was shipped. I got a very prompt (!) reply: Dear customer, Thanks for your contact. The period for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: 1-7 Working Days. Shipping time: 7-20 Working Days. We could not give you a specific arrival time because it depends on the carrier, shipping distance and location. Therefore, we could only provide you with an estimated arrival time: 7-20 days from the date of shipment. And we will ship your order asap. Have a nice day.
