Great Customer Service in the Midst of Installation Challenges
Despite a few setbacks related to scheduling for and with the installation (not NAMCO's fault), the above ground oval pool NAMCO sold me was installed yesterday. The pool is beautiful, and I appreciate NAMCO extending a 40 percent discount, which allowed me to have a high-quality Atlantis pool to enjoy at a reasonable price. Both Lynne (Customer Service Manager) and Robert (Installation Manager) were attentive and responsive during the course of the various scheduling and installation episodes, and expedited the installation to my satisfaction.
