Not delivered in full
This is a case of "I should have read the reviews first". I ordered 3 backdrops and 1 adjustable stand. I received the backdrops, which were folded instead of rolled therefore, they have strong fold lines/creases that I don't think I'll be able to get rid of. Also, the adjustable stand was not included in the package delivered. I have emailed them twice asking when the stand will be delivered and I've not had a response from them. The least you can do is respond to my messages and let me know how you plan to rectify the error. The stand cost me $48 and at this point, I want my money back! UPDATE I still haven't received the stand - my order date was 29th Oct. I have sent 4 messages and not one response received. AVOID!!
