I have been using Collaro for years
I have been using Collaro for years, and have been recommending them from day one. They are an online made-to-measure service, but that category doesn’t do them justice, because their competition in that space (Hockerty, Indochino, et al.) don’t come close. Yes, they are considerably more expensive. Bentleys are considerably more expensive than Geo Metros. Having owned suits from Indochino and Collaro, I can say for certain that the difference is obvious when you put them on. What I have really appreciated over the years, more than the high quality clothes, has been the customer service. Travis and the rest of the staff have alway made me feel like I’m the most important client in the universe, even when I haven’t bought anything in a while. If you care about businesses that take the time to foster relationships with their clientele, Collaro is one of them. And they’re doing it online, which is even harder to do! They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me, even if I can’t afford as many suits as I’d like all at once.
