Avoid this company - complete rip off
If you live in the UK or EU I would not order anything from this company. If i could give no stars I would. I ordered three dresses, one was none returnable but the zip was faulty and fit wasnt right, not sized well. I had to argue with them over numerous emails and had the option of 40% off and keep a dress thats neither use nor ornament or 50% off the other two dresses. When the dresses came, they were lovely but not a good fit and had to be returned. I paid in total £300.99 and got a total refund of £233.02 so I am out by £67.97 and have a broken dress. They charge VAT/GST/DUTY of £35.95 on the returned dress and £3 on the broken ones. I would not recommend buying anything from this company as the shipping is £25, which I accept you dont get back but to be charge VAT/GST/DUTY for items you havent even had is disgusting. You have been warned. Thank you for your reply. Yes the £3 for the returned dresses is a big step towards the £67.97 shortfall so now only £64.97 im down!! I wont break out the champagne just yet.
