They are plastic. The type of clasp means any extra length needs to be folded inwards, it looks messy, untidy and it is so inflexible! I've emailed requesting a pre paid stamp for a refund asap and nothing.. silence. Please stay away. This business is a FRAUD. The address provided in LA is a warehouse. They are not registered. Where a refund is processed, only 85% of the original price is refunded due to operating costs. The positive reviews must be fake. I've reported the company to the Federal Consumer Commission. It takes 10 minutes. If you are in the US do the same. I've also filed a dispute with my card company. It's better than no action at all. Note the refund policy has just been updated to exclude the 15% deduction. Clearly they know this is theft. If anyone has had a genuine good experience, I would take the item to a legit jeweler to confirm said diamonds are diamonds and said gold is gold. I have emailed Amazon advising you are a fraud and they will face legal action if they continue to push your fake products out. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Someone called asking what my problem is, well it is that your website isnt clear enough that goods are from China, said goods are fake and you make returns as hard as can be, further to that there's a threat of a deduction with every refund. It's not just my problem, it's everyones problem that gave you a one star. The first complaint according to my research on you as a scam dates back to 2023, it baffles my mind how you're still trading. Just check your reviews out on Reddit.
