I ordered wet and wavy w/ the closure few days I noticed the closure getting a little nappy as time went pass it became worst to maintain. The next day I send them email explaining the situation also photos, I explain to them I paid too much money for this to happen you to refund me half my money back!. Never again I will order from the company again. If decided to buy hair from this company think twice.
