Sent me the wrong product in the mail
Sent me the wrong product in the mail. Trying to get it returned and refunded has been a nightmare. Update: this was a total nightmare. Basically I ordered a Craftsman garage door opener because when I called Craftsman that is what they told me I needed. What I got in the mail was a Lift Master remote. When I contacted North Shore they told me that the listing says Craftsman = Lift Master. What kind of bait and switch is that. You cant list one brand of products and say it is equal to another! What they should be doing is listing the Lift Master remote and in the description state that it is compatible with Craftsman. I had to pay to ship back the wrong item that they sent me. I have never seen another business advertise their product the way they do. Its like if you purchased a Black iphone and they sent you the White one. "well the description says that black = white" you got to be kidding.
