They list amenities that don’t exist and even the property owners admit they shouldn’t list. Also, when there was an issue they just gave me the owners number directly. So if you’re an owner, just know that they’ll create problems for you and then hand them to you to solve. To their reply: you’re removing parking as an amenity for this location because street parking is not an amenity. You don’t get to list an amenity and then put in the details “oh by the way, we don’t have this ammenity.” Take some ownership of the issue
