CAS-17619107-Q3B9J0. hate being this guy, I looooove dji this is my 4th drone, So this story is not to put dji down but to monitor their policy closer, Anyway I tried hand land catch my drone and my drone missed behave flew into a thick bush or branch from about 4 feet, The propeller was broken the side panel was a bit out of alignment, I took it home inspected the damages up close gave the gimbal a thorough inspection since it's the most expensive part, And the gimbal was working perfectly and range of motion was smooth, I tried pushing the panel back in but mrs insisted I should send it to avoid air turbulence, But to my surprise dji is charging me for a broken gimbal that was clearly not broken, I really trusted this guy but this is a blatant bs CAS-17619107-Q3B9J0.
