Good but not great
After ordering on the EU website I waited about a week or a bit less than a week and I got my printer so the delivery was fast enough for me this was the positive part the negative part was that when I received the printer the UPS driver didn't handle it correctly and the top of the printers glass was completly broken. I contacted Elegoo who helped me actually it was pretty quick the next day I already received the response that was really amazing and they send an a new package to me with the front glass and the top glass so very much appreciated. The only negative part and that's why I cannot give five stars is that when buying the printer, for one euro extra I would receive pla filament but this one arrived like two weeks after the printer which is completely unacceptable and it's impossible to understand why it got stuck in Frankfurt for one week and a half for no reason. For this reason I cannot trust to buy filament on the EU website of Elegoo and it's a damn shame! The printer itself is pretty awesome I bought the Carbon Centauri V1. I'm a beginner in the world of 3D printing so for me it's perfect to start works very well I didn't hand any issues installation went fast Wi-Fi connection same the only thing that I could say negative about the printer itself is that it cannot connect directly to the app so you can see the live feed on your mobile app other than this up until now I use it for I don't know maybe two weeks and everything is great.
