Totally hassle free process
Ordering was so easy, despite delivery of a perishable good to China, and a remote region no less. Customer service was great and efficient, too; value for money more than acceptable. The only drawback was that according to the website the arrangement was supposed to include purple forget-me-not which despite paying for deluxe package, it didn't. This may be owed to availability, they substituted with some bamboo - the main item was red roses which arrived in flawless quality and beautifully arranged. Delivery was very early on the day, first thing in the morning. I'm very happy overall!
