Time-saver for recruiting
Interviewer.ai is a very interesting platform for recruiting. It can save a lot of time thanks to the video interviews and AI score provided. Here are the things I like the most in the software: 1. Very responsive support. I wrote on a Sunday afternoon in the chat on their website and they replied immediately and offered a call for the next day. The call was perfect and clarified quickly all my doubts 2. Open to suggestions and to improve the product. Had some issues with the initial sign up and asked for some changes in the product – again very responsive support and fixed the issue quickly 3. AI for one-way interviews – which was exactly what I was looking for to automate recruiting. There are still not that many variables in the automatic AI feedback provided but those already present are quite good I am happy with the software, and I am confident it will improve even more soon with new AI variables
