Website not perfect but customer service team made up for it
Couldn't find the userguide I needed on the website (there are so many models, and even though I knew the model number I couldn't match it with the dropdown menu) - hence losing one star - please get some mystery shoppers to work with your web team. BUT I emailed customer service and Charley sent the correct guide within 5 MINUTES and was super lovely.
