Terrible customer service
Contacted Huawei UK customer service via email regarding a warranty claim at 13.21 and received a response at 13.29 advising to return the item and they would supply a paid courier return label. Unbelievably fast reply and initially I was very impressed with their response but they didn't send me a returns/ warranty repair label within 24 hours as promised. When I questioned this they kept sending the same automated reply telling me they had already responded to me by email. Thought it was too good to be true to receive good customer service after all the bad reviews on here. 4 days later and still awaiting courier returns label. Update: 3 months later and Huawei Customer Service still hasn't sent a returns label. I have changed their star rating to 1 accordingly!
