Bought a mini3 drone with screen remote and 3 batteries. One battery won't charge above 50%. I have great difficulty trying to get in touch with customer service before warranty is up at end of Dec 23. I have emailed and made contact with their bots but to no avail. 3 weeks on still not resolved, was promised a label to return the item but to date nothing has happened.
