Be patient with software,
Software is hit and miss, currently experiencing about 40% conversion rate error, after retry does eventually work. Conversion rate is a bit slow but error rate makes this slower, never had problems with software crashes so is stable, still one of the best programmes I use for conversion, never had to deal with tech support or company after purchase, Biggest tip I can give is be patient with the software as it will get there eventually
