I purchased 4 smartphones from them and one of them arrived defective (screen was a negative image). When I asked them what to do they said to send it back by the cheapest method possible so they wouldn't have to pay for duty. It took a month to get back to them. They offered to give me a repaired cheaper phone in its place and when I refused they told me they would credit me for 60% of the phone less shipping charges because it is a used phone. The representative is very rude and does not want my business or anyone else's. I would fire this person if they worked for me. TinyDeal's response is that they will send the defective phone that they sent me for repair and hope to get it back in a month. lol Latest response: Sorry for the late reply. "You can change another new item with a depreciation price. You need to pay 37USD. Becaasue the condition of your phone is terrible. Hope you can understand. " This is a joke.. the phone was NEW and sent back .
