Stay Away!
Stay Away from these guys! I bought the software to download YouTube videos. It worked for a while, so I upgraded to lifetime . shortly thereafter, the software wouldn't download some of the Youtube videos. It would play them, and download a file, but not one that would work in any video player. At first, Leawo's tech support was helpful, and they'd download the video for me and send me a download link. After a few more months, the software wouldn't download ANY videos from YouTube, and Leawo no longer even answered my emails. So now the product I bought is totally worthless. I've given up even trying to contact Leawo. Stay away from these guys!
