Customer service is abysmal
Their customer service rep Neriza is awful. I wrote the company with concern because they use an insane amount of plastic packaging (which as we all know, most of it ends up in landfills and we're in the midst of an ecological disaster). Now, I've been a loyal subscriber for years and brought people over to Proven. I explained that I want to know their plans for switching to aluminum or glass, if there's a timeline, because if not I'm looking at alternative brands to switch over to. After giving me platitudes, Neriza canceled my account FOR me. Without asking. Without being asked. I've never been dismissed like this before. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I'm appalled.
