Aftership continue to bill me even though I requested cancellation over two weeks ago. Shocking! Had to use an unauthorized transaction claim against them to get my money back.

This company is a sham and as a business you should not use them for your tracking requirements. They have a seriously buggy integration which will often incorrectly assign carriers (even when using the correct slug). This means those numbers cannot be tracked and therefore are useless. You still have to pay for these numbers even if there is no way they can be tracked. They can't be deleted and the agents will refuse to delete them for you. The cost for each of these is $0.08. If you import a big file of numbers and the stupid software allocates the wrong numbers then you have just paid a load of money for nothing ($800 in my case).
